For our headquarters in Glattbrugg, Zurich, we are looking for a

Compliance Monitoring Manager (m/f/x)

to start as soon as possible.

 

Your duties:

  • Ensuring that the activities of the organization are monitored for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements and internal and external standards
  • Ensuring that the compliance monitoring program is properly implemented and maintained and continually reviewed and improved
  • Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of preventive and corrective action through the follow-up process
  • Performing audits and inspections
  • Appointing auditors by choosing personnel with the related competences, either from within or outside the organization, and ensuring that they can work independently and have the required training and qualifications
  • Maintaining an effective compliance management system
  • Monitoring of changes to the legal framework
  • Promoting a culture of safety and compliance
  • Maintaining records and documents in your area of responsibility
  • Overseeing compliance monitoring projects

 

Your profile:

  • Training and extensive experience in compliance monitoring and management systems for an airline
  • Good knowledge of EASA, ICAO, IATA (IOSA), and other airline regulations and standards
  • Extensive experience using cloud-based IT tools such as Web Manuals and IQSMS is an advantage
  • The ability to think and act in an entrepreneurial manner
  • A high sense of responsibility and honesty
  • A consistent and assertive approach
  • High social competence and reliability
  • Organizational talent and an independent way of working
  • Very good skills in German and English
  • Resilience and flexibility
