(Client Service Manager Airline Tickets for Groups)


  • Comprehensive, service oriented customer liaison, support and consultation including a holistic requirement analysis
  • Find intelligent global flight solutions: Flight schedule analysis and creation of a global solution based on the customers’ demand
  • Negotiations with airlines
  • Consult the client, obtain and prepare offers, and win the contract
  • Reservation of flights and train tickets, allotment administration, ticketing and invoicing
  • Development of service and client portfolio
  • Achievement of revenue targets


  • Degree Tourismus-/Reiseverkehrskauffrau /-mann, several years of experience in global travel business
  • Excellent knowledge of the reservation system Amadeus
  • Sales affinity
  • Customer focused and service-orientated
  • Dynamic, positive and hands-on attitude
  • Team-player with competitive and ambitious personality
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good command of German and English. Any additional language is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel, good knowledge in Word and Power Point
  • First working experience with international clients / knowledge about different cultures is desirable
