In order to expand our challenging business we are offering the following position in our Cologne office:
CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER (m/f)
- Comprehensive, service oriented customer liaison, support and consultation including a holistic requirement analysis
- Develop an overview of the charter market for the client, based on his demands and the best realisation strategy
- Consult the client, obtain and prepare offers, and win the contract
- Coordination and Supervision of flights / Flight Management
- Development of client portfolio
- Achievement of revenue targets
- Experience in aviation environment is an advantage but not necessary
- Sales affinity
- Customer focused and service-orientated
- Self-motivated, competitive and ambitious personality
- Very good communication skills
- Very good command of German and good command of English. Any additional language is a plus.
- Successfully completed apprenticeship and / or university studies
